Website + SEO · B2B Apparel
Pramika Uniform
Starting point: A slow legacy WordPress site that was hard to maintain. Traffic existed, but commercial pages rarely surfaced in search and lead sources were unmeasured.
What we did:
- Full migration to Next.js without losing indexed URLs; server response times dropped to the 30-40 millisecond range.
- Content restructure: pillar pages, a commercial product catalog, and a daily article pipeline.
- Conversion tracking down to WhatsApp clicks per channel, so every lead has a known source.
A B2B uniform manufacturer serving national corporate clients since 2006.
Website + SEO · Trading & Supply
BAP General Trading
Starting point: A trading company with a wide catalog but almost no search visibility. The technical foundation had to come before any content work.
What we did:
- Website revamp with a clean product category structure, keeping legacy URLs to preserve history.
- Schema markup and llms.txt so pages are read correctly by search engines and AI engines.
- Keyword priorities aimed at what procurement teams actually search, not internal company terms.
A supplier of operational goods for offices and industry.
Digital Product · Tender Platform
Sigaptender
Starting point: Not a typical website project: a platform monitoring government tenders and presenting them cleanly, built from zero.
What we did:
- Landing page and the engine application (app.sigaptender.id) designed, built, and hosted as one system.
- Cost-efficient infrastructure: a single VPS with monitoring and automated backups, no unnecessary monthly SaaS.
- SEO built in from day one instead of patched on later.
A CTR above 8 percent means the pages that surface match what searchers meant.
Data: Google Search Console, last 28 days (as of 2 August 2026).
