Who we are
Bienara is the digital agency that runs bienaradigital.com. This policy explains what we collect through this site, what it is used for, and where it goes. For any question about your data, contact [email protected].
What you give us yourself
When you tap a WhatsApp button, we show a short form asking for your name and WhatsApp number, plus an optional message. Filling it in is optional — you can go straight through to WhatsApp without entering anything, and we store nothing.
- The name you type
- The WhatsApp number you type
- The message or need you describe
- Which page you clicked from and which button you pressed
- The time you submitted it
- Where you came from: referring site, campaign name, and ad click identifier (GCLID) if you arrived from an ad
What is collected automatically
Like almost every website, we use analytics that record general visit activity. This does not contain your name or number.
- Pages opened, how long, and in what order
- Approximate location at city or country level — not your address
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Where you came from: search, ads, social, or direct
- IP address and cookie identifiers
Why we collect it
We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for anything beyond the three points above.
- To reply to and follow up on your enquiry
- To measure which ads actually produce conversations, so we do not waste budget in the wrong place
- To understand which pages are useful and which need fixing
Third parties that receive data
We use third-party services to run the site and measure ads. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — visit statistics. Does not receive your name or number.
- Google Workspace (Apps Script & Sheets) — where form submissions are stored.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — receives visit activity for ad measurement. If you fill in the form, your name and number are sent to Meta one-way scrambled (SHA-256 hashing), never as plain text. Meta uses it to match a visit to an account, and cannot reverse it back into your number.
- Cloudflare and our server provider — deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
Cookies
This site uses cookies from Google and Meta to recognise repeat visits and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works normally without them — only the accuracy of our measurement drops.
How long we keep it
- Form data: for as long as our working relationship runs, or until you ask us to delete it
- Analytics data: follows the default retention of Google and Meta, generally under 26 months
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it if it is wrong, withdraw it, or ask us to delete it.

Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form data is limited to the people who need it. But honestly: no system is a hundred percent secure. If a breach happens that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Our services are aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will update the date above and replace the content on this page. For significant changes, we will let you know through whichever channel you used to reach us.
